One of challenges we have learned from our users is the process in getting authorized to controllers through emails, often times waiting for someone to approve, thus not being able to complete the work at hand right away.
The solution we are introducing is designed to make this easier whilst maintaining a level of security We added an “Organization” menu in the app. This allows users to create a new organization for themselves (only 1) or join an existing organization. An “Organization” implies the governance of controllers. An organization is a container of one or many more controllers, which a user or group of users have access to. It is possible for users to be part of multiple organizations, but it is only possible for a controller to be part of a single organization.
